What is Transforming the Bay with Christ (TBC)?

TBC supports local leaders in the church, the marketplace, and the nonprofit sector to catalyze a Gospel movement in the Bay Area. We focus on connecting, equipping, and encouraging collaboration among leaders of faith.  We believe empowering them will impact the lives of millions of individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

What are the 3 Initiatives of TBC?

Unify brings senior pastors and business leaders of faith together in catalytic networks to build relationships, encourage each other, and collaborate for greater impact within the larger community.

Amplify activates relationships between churches and nonprofit organizations to address social concerns like homelessness, poverty, foster care, and educational inequity.

Multiply engages churches and sending organizations to build a healthy ecosystem for church planting and outreach.

How does TBC support leaders?

TBC supports Bay Area leaders in churches, nonprofits, and the marketplace by connecting them to each other for the purpose of collaboration and mutual support.

• We facilitate conversations among leaders in similar spaces that focus on professional development and best practices.

• We curate events that bring leaders together for the purpose of deeper learning.

• We build regional networks for leaders that foster relationship.

Is TBC a philanthropic organization?
